Like many cities throughout the country, Reston, Virginia has seen a resurgence in hiring recently including everything from server at a local restaurant, a test engineer to hospice workers who counsel and provide assessments of patients and family units in the area. It is a tough job but one that can be very fulfilling. These positions are becoming more available as the economy recovers and health care budgets reverse the trend from the previous five years when hospices were slashing budgets and jobs. An influx of grant money and the continued contributions from fundraisers have lead to more stable environments for both the employees and the patients.
